Requalification courses

Starting with the 1st of February, for one month, more than 30 persons, from Diesel Section, will attend a requalification course for coiling. The course will end with a practical test, during the last week of February.

These types of courses were also organized last year. Their purpose is to requaliy some of the company's employees in order to cover the fields of production where there is a lack of trained personnel. This measure gains to manage in the best way possible the company's human resources, offering our colleagues the opportunity to develop a career in a different field of activity.

Those who will graduate will be able to continue their activity in the sections where this course took place: SME 1 and SME 2.
